YEARLING SALES

Tim Martin Racing attends all major sales including the Magic Millions in January and Inglis Easter sales each year to purchase new stock for clients. We offer an outstanding service for all current and new clients keen on improving their bloodstock interests.

Tim is regarded as one of the best selectors of horse flesh in the industry and has had much success with horses bought at sales. We buy yearlings on pedigree, type and value, and we operate at all price levels of the buying bench. Yearlings are inspected at the farms and then again at the sales, and pedigree research is done in order to make the best selection possible. Veterinary inspections by some of the country’s leading equine vets are also done to aid the selection process.

OTHER OPTIONS

The stable will also occasionally have tried horses for sale in the stable. These could be horses owned by Tim Martin Bloodstock or horses where partnerships have been dissolved.
Tim Martin Racing will also take on owners on bred horses they wish to have trained.

Leasing is also an option and occasionally there will be horses owned by Tim Martin Bloodstock or other owners in the stable that are for lease. With this option, you carry all the costs of the horse while you lease it and receive all owner privileges, including prize money; however, do not actually own the horse.
